Weed Mowing Services

The Cosumnes Community Services District is seeking a qualified contractor to provide weed mowing services. The scope of work includes furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and incidentals necessary to complete the weed mowing services. The initial term of the contract will be for 12 months, with the option to extend for up to two additional one-year terms. The contractor must have at least five years of experience in similar services and provide evidence of commercial general liability, automobile liability, and property damage insurance. • The contractor will be required to mow weeds and grass to a height not exceeding four inches. • The contractor will be required to trim weeds and grass around structures, fence lines, and posts using a line trimmer. • The contractor must maintain all necessary licenses and permits throughout the term of the contract. • The contractor must comply with all applicable labor laws and regulations, including prevailing wage requirements. • The contractor must provide a certificate of insurance naming the District as an additional insured.
