Notice of Intent to Sole Source-American National Standards Institute (ANSI)

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order to American National Standards Institute (ANSI) for the maintenance of a Technical Advisory Group for United States Representation. ANSI is the sole US member body to ISO with exclusive authority to coordinate US participation in international standards activities. The services required include representing US interests in ISO activities and coordinating US participation in international standards development. • The FDA is soliciting with only one source, American National Standards Institute (ANSI), under the authority of FAR (6.302-1). • Any responsible offeror may submit a quote, which will be given due consideration by the agency. • The notice will close on April 17, 2026 at 5pm EST. • Responses to this notice must be sent via email to [email protected].
