REQUEST FOR LEASE PROPOSALS FOR OFFICE SPACE IN HORRY COUNTY FOR THE SOUTH CAROLINA DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN’S ADVOCACY

The landlord must provide a fully serviced gross lease that includes all operating expenses, meet ADA compliance, and accommodate specific interior layout and IT infrastructure requirements. Proposals must include rates for 3‑, 5‑, 7‑, or 10‑year lease terms and must be submitted by October 1 2026. • Required space: ~2,000 rentable sq ft with detailed layout (private offices, workstations, reception, break room, print alcove, IT closet, conference room). • Facility must be ADA‑compliant, CAT‑6 cabling, fiber‑optic ready, 13 paved reserved parking spaces, 24/7 access, and provide a secure building entry system. • Lease type: Gross lease (all utilities, maintenance, taxes, insurance, HVAC, etc. included). • Submission: Use FMPS‑202E form and acknowledge required SC code acknowledgments; proposals can be mailed or emailed to Real Property Services.
