Description
The State of New Hampshire is seeking bids for snow plowing and removal services. The contract term will be approximately two years, with the possibility of a two-year extension. The successful vendor will be required to provide snow plowing and removal services to various state agencies and eligible participants. The vendor will be responsible for supplying, delivering, and removing snow from designated areas.
• The contract will be awarded to the vendor that meets the criteria established in the RFB and provides the lowest cost by location.
• The vendor will be required to provide a dedicated account representative and a backup in their absence.
• The vendor will be responsible for coordinating business review meetings and providing recommended process and productivity improvements.
• The vendor will be required to maintain comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance.
• The vendor will be required to submit quarterly and annual usage reports.
