Description
The State of Minnesota, Department of Natural Resources, is seeking to purchase Wild Rice Seeds for the Fish and Wildlife Division. The seeds will be required to be delivered to Aitkin, MN. The contract term is anticipated to be from August 2026 to December 2026, with the option to extend up to an additional one year. The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year is $10,000 to $30,000. Responders must submit their bids through the SWIFT Supplier Portal, and all costs incurred in responding to this solicitation will be borne by the responder.
• The responder must provide Wild Rice Seeds that meet the specifications detailed in Exhibit C: Specifications, Duties, and Scope of Work.
• The responder must enter their bid price(s) in SWIFT at the unit line level.
• The responder must submit all requested documentation, including Attachment A: Responder Declarations and Attachment D: Additional Information.
• The State reserves the right to reject any and all responses received, waive or modify any informalities, irregularities, or inconsistencies in the responses received, and require responders to conduct presentations, demonstrations, or submit samples.
