Description
The County of El Dorado is seeking bids for the purchase of miscellaneous law enforcement accessories, including duty belts, handcuff cases, and magazine pouches, on an "as requested" basis for a period of 24 months. The successful bidder must provide brand-specific products, and alternate brands will not be accepted unless otherwise specified. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and the award will be made to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
• The bid must include a completed Quotation Schedule with prices for each item.
• The bidder must provide a California Seller's Permit number, if applicable.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• The County has a local vendor preference policy, which gives a 5% preference to El Dorado County businesses.
• The successful bidder must provide maintenance and service for the products.
• The County reserves the right to cancel the contract if the bidder fails to perform.
