GUENSBERG ROOF COATING

The Department of Health, Hawaii State Hospital is seeking a contractor for the installation of roof coating, primer, and coating of the Guensberg Building. The contractor must attend a mandatory pre-conference site visit and provide proof of compliance with Hawaii Compliance Express (HCE). The project includes pressure washing, applying primer and coating, and conducting cleanup. The contractor must also provide a minimum 3-year workmanship warranty and pass through any manufacturer's warranty offered with the coating system. Key aspects of the project include: • Pressure washing and applying primer and coating to the upper roof • Applying Lava Roof Coating to the lower roof • Conducting cleanup and leaving no trash or overspray • Providing a minimum 3-year workmanship warranty • Maintaining insurance acceptable to the State throughout the term of the contract
