The State Highway Administration of Maryland is seeking a Small Business Reserve‑qualified Master Contractor to provide ongoing InRow Air‑Cooling hardware maintenance, replacement parts, installation, training, warranty, and related security peripherals for its data‑center environment at 707 North Calvert Street, Baltimore. The contract is a renewal of an existing Master Contractor agreement and is limited to vendors already holding a Master Contractor status under the 2012 Hardware and Associated Equipment and Services contract (060B2490022). Bids must be submitted through the eMMA e‑procurement portal by September 9 2026, 2:00 PM EDT. Questions are due by September 4 2026. The scope includes microcomputers, servers, printers, network equipment, installation/training services, extended warranties, and security cameras, with detailed product specifications to be provided by the contractor.
