Description
The City of Austin is seeking bids for a wide array of Service Awards. The contractor will be responsible for providing awards such as badges, emblems, trophies, and plaques, as well as engraving services. The contractor should have experience with employee recognition programs, contract management, online ordering or tracking systems, and customer service capabilities. The contractor should also have experience working with government or private sector clients and be able to provide proof of experience in the form of a narrative summary, resumes, references, and/or letters of reference.
