Description
The Palm Beach County is seeking bids for outdoor lighting and light pole services under a term contract. The contract will require the successful bidder to provide outdoor lighting and light pole services as needed by the county. The bidder must complete and submit the required schedules, including Schedule 1, which must be completed by the prime contractor and submitted with their bid or proposal. The prime contractor must also identify all subcontractors and subconsultants, and indicate the dollar amount or percentage of work for each.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the SBD Ordinance.
• The bidder must submit a completed Schedule 1 with their bid or proposal.
