Description
The US Coast Guard is seeking a contractor to provide monthly pool maintenance services for the Rio Bayamon Housing area pool. The services will include maintenance of the filtration system, chemical treatment system, water slide structure, kiddie pool system, and other associated equipment. The contractor will also be responsible for maintaining the water quality of the pool. The period of performance for this contract will be from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027.
• The pool is an outdoor, uncovered pool measuring 45' x 75' with a depth of 3 1/2" to 12 1/2" and an approximate capacity of 176,870 gallons.
• A 1,200-gallon kiddie pool and water slide are also part of the swimming pool facilities.
• The contractor will be required to provide maintenance services for all equipment associated with the operation of the swimming pool, including water quality.
• The location of the pool is at the USCG Base San Juan, 500 Carr. 177 Rio Bayamon, Bayamon, P.R. 00966.
