Description
The project involves replacing the existing ER AHU at the Brooklyn Campus with a new packaged AHU, including installation of a temporary HVAC unit, demolition and removal of existing equipment, and installation of new electrical work, conduit, wiring, and breakers. The contractor will also refurbish existing exhaust fans, replace motors, and install new fabric and sealant on ductwork seams. The project requires compliance with VA design guidelines, OSHA regulations, and manufacturer specifications. The contractor must provide all necessary labor, materials, tools, supervision, equipment, safety, and testing to perform the site preparation and complete the project.
