Budget estimate

$100,000 – $150,000

The solicitation does not disclose a contract value. Based on typical costs for a 14 kW propane standby generator (≈ $12‑$15 k) plus removal, installation, travel, lodging, and disposal (≈ $8‑$12 k) per site, a reasonable total per location is $20‑$27 k. For five locations, the overall contract could range from roughly $100 k to $135 k. Additional costs for warranty, spare parts, and compliance documentation could push the high end toward $150 k. Therefore, the estimated budget range is $100 k–$150 k.
