Description
The Navajo Nation’s Special Diabetes Program is seeking a qualified contractor to repair and reconstruct the loading dock and adjacent walkway at the Wellness Center building on the Navajo Nation Fairground. The work includes demolition of existing dock components, concrete removal and repair to a 4000 psi strength, re‑installation of dock seals, bumpers, and metal railings, and finishing work such as painting and joint sealing. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, licensing, insurance, and comply with prevailing‑wage and safety regulations.
• Demolition of dock seal, bumpers, metal railing, electrical disconnect, and a portion of existing concrete slab.
• Concrete repair/reconstruction to 4000 psi, including control‑joint caulking, patching damaged areas, and painting to match existing surfaces.
• Re‑installation of dock seal, bumpers, door and railing components, and electrical disconnect, plus full responsibility for supervision, permits, insurance, and compliance.
