Third Party FMLA Administrator

The Suburban Mobility Authority for Regional Transportation (SMART) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide comprehensive Third-Party Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) Administration Services. The successful proposer will partner with SMART to ensure compliance with all federal and state FMLA regulations, streamline FMLA processes, and provide reliable communication and reporting tools for management and SMART Human Resources (HR). The selected vendor will be required to provide services including FMLA Event Reporting & Communication, Training & Support, Document Management, Case Management, Technology & Customer Support, and Compliance Oversight. • The contract term is for 3 years with two 1-year options. • The vendor must provide training to management staff on FMLA recognition, compliance, and processes. • The vendor must establish manager log-in access to monitor department staff FMLA status and reports. • The vendor must provide secure document storage in compliance with federal and state requirements. • The vendor must guarantee compliance with all FMLA requirements and regulations.
