Roof repair for FKNMS

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is seeking a contractor to perform roof repairs on three buildings at the Dr. Nancy Foster Florida Keys Environmental Complex. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary services, personnel, and equipment to restore the roofs of the Eco Discovery Center, Administrative Building, and Marine Operations Center Maintenance Building. The period of performance for this contract is from September 30, 2026, to February 28, 2027. The contractor must comply with the Buy American statute and the Davis-Bacon Act. • The contractor must provide a firm-fixed-price quote for the work. • The contractor must have experience with similar roof repair projects. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Buy American statute and the Davis-Bacon Act. • The contractor must provide a statement demonstrating their capability to perform the required scope of work. • The contractor must provide specification sheets for all equipment quoted. • The contractor must ensure that the roofing work is installed by a certified manufacturer installer to ensure the design and manufacturer's instructions are met and the manufacturer can honor the warranty.
