FY-26 IVHQ - Quarterly (Mar-Jun) Weekly Food Order - Brand Specific

The State of Illinois - DVA - Veterans Affairs is seeking a vendor to provide brand-specific food items for the Illinois Veterans Home. The contract will be for the quarterly period of March 2026 to June 2026. The vendor will be required to deliver the food items on a weekly basis, with a two-week lead time. The quantities listed are estimated only, and the actual amount ordered will be determined by need and funding. • The vendor must bid on each line item. • Pricing must include any shipping/freight costs. • The vendor must provide the total quote price on the item tab in Bid Buy. • The contract will be awarded to the vendor that provides the best value to the State of Illinois.
