Description
The City of Greenville is seeking proposals from licensed general contractors to provide House Setup and Site Development Services for two residential structures located in West Greenville. The selected contractor will be responsible for completing all necessary site work, including foundation installation, utility connections, and associated site improvements. The contract term will be for a period of one year, with the option to utilize the selected contractor for additional similar services during the contract term. The City's goal is to build 50 affordable homes in the next 10 years, and this project is part of the 50-in-10 Affordable Housing Initiative.
