Presolicitation Notice - Resilient Missile Warning and Tracking (RMWT) Low Earth Orbit (LEO) Ground Entry Points (GEPs)

The Space Development Agency (SDA) is preparing a solicitation for comprehensive engineering, integration, test, and operational support to modernize terrestrial communications and ground‑segment capabilities for the Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture (PWSA). The contractor will provide end‑to‑end lifecycle services for new and existing Low Earth Orbit (LEO) Ground Entry Point (GEP) facilities, coordinating with cross‑segment stakeholders, space‑vehicle vendors, and mission partners.
