The Navy’s Naval Air Systems Command is conducting a market‑research “Sources Sought” to identify qualified firms that can provide Contractor Engineering Technical Services (CETS) for aircraft corrosion control and support equipment maintenance across numerous fleet shore sites and ships. Respondents must submit a capability statement by 12:00 PM EDT on 30 Sep 2026. The eventual contract is expected to be a single‑award IDIQ (Cost‑Plus Fixed Fee/Cost‑Reimbursable) with a one‑year base period and up to four one‑year options (≈5 years total) and an estimated effort of ~696,632 man‑hours.
