6550--Agilent Reagents

The South Texas Veterans Health Care System is seeking to procure Agilent Reagents for the Histology Laboratory. The vendor must provide brand name staining reagents and supplies compatible with the government-owned Dako Artisan Special Stainer. The contract period is for one year, and the contractor is required to provide a continuously stocked inventory of reagents and supplies. The contractor must also comply with the limitations on subcontracting and provide pricing for all line items listed in the B.3 Price/Cost Schedule. • The contractor must provide a description of how the items meet the Government's needs as described in the price schedule, Statement of Work (SOW), and evaluation criteria. • The contractor must provide sufficient project details to demonstrate past performance with at least one project of similar size, scope, and methods over the past five years. • The contractor must comply with the requirements in VAAR subpart 819.70 and Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations regarding small business size and government contracting programs.
