The State of Vermont’s Agency of Administration – Buildings & General Services is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive janitorial services for the DMV office located at 1998 Memorial Drive, St Johnsbury. The contract will cover daily cleaning, weekly‑and‑monthly tasks, quarterly and annual deep‑cleaning duties, and on‑call services, with all supplies and equipment supplied by the contractor. The base term is three years with an option to extend for an additional two‑year period, totaling up to five years of work.
