Description
The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide annual maintenance support services for various equipment at Dover AFB, including lift platforms, floor scrubbers, and Low Speed Vehicles. The contractor will be required to perform periodical and unscheduled maintenance on the equipment, as well as provide emergency maintenance services. The contract will be for a base year with four option years. The contractor must be a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.
• The contractor must provide a detailed quote for all parts required for each individual unscheduled or emergency maintenance event.
• The contractor must have a staffing plan that includes qualified personnel and certifications relevant to equipment maintenance.
• The contractor must demonstrate the ability to perform preventive maintenance, unscheduled maintenance, and emergency maintenance.
• The contractor must have a plan for maintenance reporting, direct material cost management, security and access, and hazardous waste handling.
• The contractor must provide examples of similar work performed, especially at military installations.
