Description
The Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) is seeking bids for the procurement of Thermo Plastic Resin (TPR) Compound for shoes. The contract will be for a purchase order, and the TDCJ reserves the right to make an award based on the best interest of the state. The bidder must comply with all rules, regulations, and statutes relating to purchasing in the State of Texas. The bid must be submitted on the provided form, and the bidder must price per unit shown. The TDCJ will evaluate bids based on factors such as price, quality, and conformance to specifications.
• The TDCJ will not be bound by any oral statement or representation contrary to the written specifications of this Invitation For Bids (IFB).
• The bidder must enter the Texas Identification Number System (T.I.N.S.) number, full firm name, and address of the bidder on the face of the form.
• The bidder must provide a completed Vendor Maintenance Direct Deposit and Substitute W-9 Form to TDCJ Accounts Payable.
• The TDCJ will require the bidder to utilize the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's E-Verify system to determine the eligibility of all persons employed to perform duties within Texas during the term of the contract.
