Description
The City of Dublin seeks a qualified contractor to perform extensive infrastructure upgrades within its Northern Historic District. The work encompasses roughly 2,100 ft of roadway reconstruction using both asphalt and brick paving, installation and repair of storm‑sewer and water‑works utilities, replacement of street lighting, traffic control devices, granite curbs, retaining walls, and landscaping improvements. The contract is valued at about $8.6 million and requires compliance with Ohio prevailing‑wage rules, use of Ohio‑produced materials where practicable, and a bid bond per Ohio Revised Code § 153.54.
