Request for Proposals for Architectural Services for 2026 CDBG Project

The City of Natchez is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide architectural services for the implementation of the approved FY 2026 CDBG Project. The scope of work includes preparing plans and specifications, distributing bid documents, assisting in bid opening, executing construction contracts, and performing construction inspection. The City encourages Minority-owned Business Enterprises (MBEs) and Women-owned Business Enterprises (WBEs) to submit proposals. Proposals will be evaluated on qualifications, experience, and capacity for performance. • The project includes preparation of plans and specifications, bid documents, construction inspection, and project closeout. • The City reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals. • The contract will be on a fixed price basis. • The City has the authority to terminate the selection at any time.
