Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a supplier to provide roll-up door repairs at the Eva Alabama Warehouse. The scope of work includes replacing a 16 x 16 model 5601HD roll-up barrel door with a chain hoist, labor to install the door and chain hoist, and equipment rental for a lift. The successful supplier must be registered in Alabama Buys and must submit their response electronically through Alabama Buys.
• The project requires the supplier to provide all fees and labor costs, with no exceptions.
• The supplier must comply with all terms and conditions contained within the solicitation.
• The supplier must not be barred from bidding or entering into a contract.
• The supplier must certify that they are in full compliance with Section 41-4-142 of the Code of Alabama 1975.
