RFP ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING (ERP) BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION SOFTWARE MANAGED SERVICES RM-196137

The New Jersey Turnpike Authority is seeking qualified firms to provide Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Business Administration Software Managed Services. The contract will cover the implementation, hosting, ongoing maintenance, and user support of ERP applications that facilitate finance, procurement, human resources, and other core business functions for the Authority. Selected vendor(s) will be responsible for system integration, data migration, security compliance, service level management, and continuous improvement services over the contract term. • Deliver a fully managed ERP platform (software licensing, hosting, and support) • Provide integration with existing New Jersey Turnpike Authority systems (financial, HR, procurement) • Offer ongoing help‑desk, training, and system upgrades while maintaining security and compliance standards
