Description
The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) is seeking a contractor to repair the front door at their Dothan, Alabama location. The scope of work includes repairing the vertical locking bar, inspecting for defective parts, replacing or repairing any defective parts, cleaning and lubricating all moving parts in the lock mechanism, and testing for proper operation. The door is a double door with panic bar locks. The work will be performed on site at 1858 Third Ave, Dothan, AL 36301.
• The contractor will need to have experience with door repair and maintenance.
• The contractor will need to have the necessary tools and equipment to perform the work.
• The contractor will need to be able to work on site at the specified location.
• The contractor will need to be able to complete the work within a short timeframe, possibly a few days or weeks.
