Description
The Bartow County Water Department is seeking bids for the construction of the Paga Mine Water Supply Well Project. The project includes the installation of a potable well and water treatment facility, water lines, force main, a water system interconnection, chemical feed pumps, softening equipment, disinfection process unit, and associated storage and filtration tanks. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on August 20th, 2026. The project has an expected duration of 300 days.
• The project requires a lump-sum bid.
• The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
• The successful bidder must provide a 100% payment and performance bond before the notice to proceed is authorized.
• Bidders must comply with the provisions of O.C.G.A. Sec. 13-10-91 and register and participate in the federal work authorization program.
• The primary contractor is responsible for providing bonds, insurance, and e-verify documentation on all sub-contractors.
