Description
The American Embassy Mbabane in Eswatini requires preventive maintenance services for Chillers. The contractor will be responsible for performing semi-annual maintenance on various types of chillers, including Scroll Air Cooled Water Chillers, Packaged Central Station Air Cooled Chillers, Multistack Chillers, and Air Stack Modular Chillers. The contractor must provide trained technicians, tools, and materials to perform the maintenance, and must also maintain a supply of expendable and common parts on site. The contract will be for a period of one year, with a maximum of four one-year optional periods of performance.
• The contractor must perform preventive maintenance tasks as outlined in the Statement of Work, including checking unit operation, running system diagnostics tests, and cleaning evaporator and condenser tubes.
• The contractor must provide a typewritten report to the Post Facilities Manager after each maintenance visit, including system information, test results, and comments on system condition.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental protection and worker safety.
• The contractor must provide proof of insurance and comply with all insurance requirements.
