The proposal should include a technical proposal, price proposal, and other required information. The district prefers Aruba equipment, but equivalent brands may be considered. The contract period will start after April 1, 2026, and will run until the delivery of solutions. • The proposal should include an executive summary, organization, financials, supplier's credentials, technical proposal, and other required information. • The district requires a minimum of 5 years of hardware replacement coverage, technical phone support, and firmware updates. • The proposal should include pricing for both 3-year and lifetime warranties. • The district reserves the right to evaluate past performance obtained from other sources. • The proposal should include references, with an emphasis on providing references with similar composition, size, and scope.
