DATA COLLECTION SURVEY FOR SC BRFSS

The State Fiscal Accountability Authority is seeking a vendor to conduct the data collection survey for the South Carolina Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (SC BRFSS). The effort involves designing, fielding, and reporting on a health‑related survey to capture state‑wide data on risk behaviours, chronic disease, and preventive health. The contractor will manage all aspects of data acquisition, quality control, and deliver final datasets and analytical summaries to the agency. • Design and administer the BRFSS survey instrument across designated South Carolina populations. • Perform data cleaning, validation, and statistical analysis consistent with CDC BRFSS standards. • Produce final reports, data files, and visual dashboards for state health officials.
