Description
The Illinois Valley Soil and Water Conservation District is seeking quotations for the monthly rental of trucks to support field operations during the 2026 field season. The selected vendor will provide a reliable, well-maintained 4x4 truck for conservation programs, site inspections, and equipment transport activities. The contract period is from June 1, 2026, to November 30, 2026.
• The vendor must provide a firm, all-inclusive monthly rate for each month.
• The vendor must meet minimum qualifications, including a valid Illinois business license and proof of commercial vehicle rental insurance.
• The vendor must deliver or make available the vehicle at a location mutually agreed upon in La Salle County or adjacent counties.
• The District reserves the right to select fewer than six months or negotiate a combined monthly rate for the full season.
