Iridium Certus, Aerion and SBD Data Service Plans

The NASA/NSSC has a requirement for Iridium Certus, Aerion, and SBD service plans. The requirement includes providing a minimum of 1000MB of CERTUS data services per month for a minimum of 8 NASA aircraft, as well as aircraft tracking services and Short Burst Data services. The services will be used to support NASA's Airborne Science Program. • The contractor must provide Public static IP addresses. • The contractor must be able to provide protection of sensitive user information. • The contractor must be compatible with the dedicated EMSS gateway through DISN. • The contractor must be able to provide a direct connection to the Defense Switched Network (DSN), Federal Telecommunications System (FTS), or Public Switched Telephone Networks (PSTN). • The contractor must provide aircraft tracking services, including Aireon ADS-B tracking services for a minimum of 4 aircraft tail numbers per month. • The contractor must provide Short Burst Data services for a minimum of 3 services.
