Budget estimate

$2,000,000 – $4,000,000

The contract’s estimated construction cost is $40 million. CMAR contracts typically include a fee ranging from 5 % to 10 % of the total project cost, plus reimbursable expenses. Assuming a 5‑10 % fee, the client could earn roughly $2 million to $4 million over the life of the project. The final amount will depend on the negotiated GMP, the scope of pre‑construction services, and any incentive or penalty clauses tied to schedule or cost performance.
