Description
The State of Oregon, acting by and through the Department of Transportation, is issuing this Request for Proposal for a Commercial Vehicle Registration System. The initial term of the Contract is anticipated to be 6 years with options to renew up to a cumulative maximum of 11 years. The scope of work includes providing and implementing a Commercial Vehicle Registration software solution. Proposers must submit a detailed Price Proposal Form, Proposer Information and Certification Sheet, and other required documents. The evaluation process will include a review of the Proposer's experience, qualifications, and price proposal.
• The RFP includes a pre-proposal conference, which is highly encouraged but not mandatory.
