The Western Oregon University intends to contract with the Environmental Rating Scales Institute, Inc (ERSI) as a sole source vendor authorized to provide Environment Rating Scales (ERS) ECERS 3, ECERS-R, ITERS-R, ITERS-3, FCCERS-R, FCCERS-3 and SACERS-U training. • The contract is for the provision of training services. • The university is seeking a sole source vendor for this contract. • Protests against this determination can be submitted in writing until November 21, 2025, at 4:00 pm Pacific Time. • The contract will be awarded to the Environmental Rating Scales Institute, Inc (ERSI).
