Description

The Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) seeks to create a bench of qualified vendors to deliver Title II‑Part A‑funded supplemental professional‑development services to non‑profit private schools within its jurisdiction. Vendors may propose for any combination of three service categories: (1) on‑site professional‑development workshops for teachers and leaders, (2) individualized coaching cycles, and (3) accredited university coursework for credentialing. All services must be secular, non‑ideological, and fully burdened unit‑rate based; the District will issue work orders against the bench agreement without a guaranteed minimum volume. Key personnel must have at least five years of relevant workshop/coaching experience and five years of teaching experience, and must be employees of the contractor. The contract is a two‑year master services agreement (July 1 2026 – June 30 2028) with two optional one‑year renewals, funded at a ceiling of $16 million. • Service categories: workshops, coaching, university coursework. • Qualification: 5 yr experience, employee‑status key staff, required insurance and background checks. • Evaluation: technical (qualifications, past performance, program plan, SBE participation, WBLP) + price (fully burdened rates). • Submission deadline: March 16 2026, 2 p.m. PST via Ariba Discovery; questions due March 4 2026.

Budget estimate

$800,000 – $16,000,000

The solicitation lists a budget ceiling of $16,000,000 (USD) for the two‑year initial term, indicating the total contract value could approach that amount. Assuming a typical distribution across the three service categories, a vendor securing a modest share (e.g., 5‑10 % of total spend) might earn between $800,000 and $1,600,000 over the contract period. Larger firms winning a bigger portion could realize the full $16 M ceiling. Hence the expected earnings range is roughly $0.8 M‑$16 M, depending on awarded work volume.
