Description
This solicitation calls for a contractor to perform comprehensive grading, install new irrigation systems, and upgrade pitcher’s mound facilities at two city baseball fields (Bradford Field and Lloyd Field) in Lynchburg, Virginia. The work includes removal of existing surface material, re‑contouring of in‑field and out‑field areas, installation of irrigation piping and heads, and construction of new pitcher’s mound structures to meet modern standards. The contract will cover all labor, materials, equipment, and related services required to complete the upgrades.
• Grade existing infield and outfield to proper slopes and drainage.
