UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANK ANNUAL AND TRIENNIAL INSPECTIONS

The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking a contractor to conduct annual and triennial inspections and testing for four Underground Storage Tanks (USTs) located at the Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR). The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary services to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. The required services include annual leak detection equipment operability checks and triennial testing of overfill prevention equipment, spill buckets, and sumps. The contractor must also provide a site-specific Occupational Safety and Health Plan (OSHP) and all final testing reports. The period of performance will be for one base year with four option years. • The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local environmental, safety, and health regulations. • The contractor must provide a site-specific Occupational Safety and Health Plan (OSHP) for approval prior to the commencement of any on-site work. • The contractor must conduct annual and triennial testing in accordance with 9 Virginia Administrative Code (VAC) 25-580-82 and document the results on Virginia DEQ specific UST testing forms. • The contractor must report any testing failures to the Government Point of Contact (POC) immediately. • The contractor must provide all testing results to the Government POC within ten business days of testing.
