The Commonwealth of Kentucky, Department of Military Affairs, is seeking bids for the construction of a new Maintenance Shop for the Buechel Armory in Louisville, Kentucky. The project includes the construction of a pre-engineered metal building with three drive-through maintenance bays, a two-story administrative and parts & tools storage area, and site utilities. The successful bidder will be responsible for completing the project according to the specifications and plans provided.
• The project requires the construction of a new Maintenance Shop with three drive-through maintenance bays and a two-story administrative area.
• The project includes site utilities, grading, filling concrete apron, new open washroom, oil/water separator, and site utilities.
• The successful bidder will be required to submit all necessary documents and plans through the Commonwealth's eProcurement system.
• A site visit is scheduled for 4/8/2026 at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time, and all interested contractors are encouraged to attend.
