Description
The NASA/NSSC is seeking a service plan for the Thermo Scientific HELIX MC Plus Noble Gas Isotope Ratio Ma Essential instrument. The objective of this contract is to provide continued service of the HELIXMC, which is part of the Mid-Atlantic Noble Gas Research Laboratory. The service plan should include 50% faster onsite response time, 35% remote resolution of issues, and priority access to field service professionals. The work will be conducted on-site in Building 34, Room C135, the Noble Isotope Lab. The period of performance will start immediately after the award and will last for one year.
