Description
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is seeking a contractor to supply propane gas, with a maximum quantity of 22,000 gallons per year, for a base year and one option year. The contractor will be required to provide on-site services, including delivery and maintenance of propane tanks, and will need to comply with various regulations and requirements, including those related to safety, security, and environmental protection. The contract will be awarded to the offeror that provides the best value to the government, considering factors such as price, past performance, and technical acceptability.
