Description
The Commonwealth of Kentucky, Department for Facilities and Support Services, is seeking bids for the RFB-278-26 FSS- TCOB Roof Project. The project consists of selective roof overlay and full roof replacement areas at the Transportation Cabinet Office Building in Frankfort, Kentucky. The work includes installing a cold-applied 2-ply modified bitumen membrane over 1/2" cover board, removing and reconstructing existing roof deck and substrate assemblies, and installing new pre-finished metal coping caps and stainless steel expansion joint flashings.
