On-Call Tree Maintenance Services

The City of Rancho Cordova is seeking a contractor to provide on-call tree maintenance services, including tree pruning, removal, stump grinding, and emergency services. The contractor will be required to perform work on public and private property, and must comply with ANSI and ISA standards. The contract will be for a period of five years, and the City reserves the right to terminate the contract with 60 days' notice. The contractor will be required to provide a comprehensive operations plan, including equipment inventory, customer service processes, and quality control methods. Some key services include: • Tree pruning, including crown cleaning, structure pruning, and clearance pruning • Tree removal, including stump grinding and disposal of debris • Emergency services, including response to storm events and other unscheduled maintenance tasks • Arborist consulting services, including tree health assessments and recommendations for maintenance and removal • Tree inventory, including field inventory of trees and updates to the City's GIS database • Storm event cleanup and documentation, including removal of debris and documentation of work performed
