Maintenance and Repair for Chillers at AMRTC

The State of Minnesota is seeking a contractor to provide maintenance and repair services for two York Centrifugal Chillers at the Anoka Metro Regional Treatment Center. The contract term is anticipated to be from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027, with the option to extend up to an additional 48 months. The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year is $30,000 to $60,000. • The contractor will be required to provide replacement parts that are Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for York. • The contractor will be required to respond to emergency repair or service requests within two hours. • The contractor will be required to provide a seasonal start-up service each spring for both chillers. • The contractor will be required to provide mid-season operating inspections. • The contractor will be required to inspect and maintain chillers annually for the off-season. The State reserves the right to reject any and all responses, waive or modify any informalities, irregularities, or inconsistencies in the responses received, and negotiate with the highest scoring responder.
