Child Care Expansion Initiative Program for New Child Care Providers (CCEI Program)

The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is seeking a qualified entity to serve as the Child Care Expansion Initiative (CCEI) Program Administrator for the CCEI Program. The goal of the CCEI Program is to increase the supply of new licensed child care centers across Texas. The Successful Respondent will oversee and administer the application and selection process for Eligible Child Care Providers to apply for and receive CCEI Program Start-Up Awards and Initial Operating Awards. Key aspects of the scope of work include: • Information and data security • Ramp-up period milestones • Program administration • Quality assurance and improvement • Collaboration with TWC The Respondent must have experience in program administration, data security, and quality assurance. They must also demonstrate the ability to collaborate with TWC and other stakeholders.
