Description
The Idaho Division of Veterans Services is seeking a qualified landscaping contractor to provide comprehensive lawn‑care and grounds‑maintenance services for the Idaho State Veterans Home‑Pocatello campus (approximately 67,000 sq ft). The work includes weekly mowing and trimming from mid‑April through the end of October, seasonal weed control, fertilization, pest‑and‑disease management, spring/fall clean‑up, sprinkler system monitoring, debris removal, and required documentation and reporting. The contract is a one‑year award with the possibility of up to four one‑year renewals, requires $1 M minimum commercial general liability and automobile coverage, $500 k workers’ compensation/ employer liability, and the State of Idaho must be named as additional insured. Bids must be submitted via the LUMA e‑procurement system by February 27, 2026 5 PM MST, and invoices are paid on net‑30 terms.
