Workers' Compensation Third Party Administrator

The County of Sarasota is seeking a qualified Proposer to provide administration of workers' compensation claims for the Sarasota County workers' compensation program. The Proposer must demonstrate experience in workers' compensation claims administration, have a 6-20 Resident All Lines Adjuster License issued by the Florida Department of Financial Services Division of Worker’s Compensation, and meet other qualifications. The scope of services includes administrative services, claims handling, banking/reconciliation services, data access/reporting services, and other requirements. The Proposer must comply with all rules, regulations, guidelines, or procedures established by the County and the State of Florida. • The Proposer must provide a single page Letter of Interest summarizing their qualifications. • The Proposer must provide required and preferred Licenses and Certifications. • The Proposer must provide resumes of key personnel, including subcontractors. • The Proposer must provide a narrative describing their experience, including the number of years in business, pertinent capabilities, and evidence of experience and resources necessary to successfully provide the requested services. • The Proposer must provide a customer list with contact information for a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 10 customers.
